Audio Visual

Audio Visual Systems

Conference rooms that connect on the first try, signage that stays current, and boardroom systems your executives can operate without calling IT.

What's Included

AV designed around the meeting, not the equipment list

Conference & Huddle Rooms

Certified Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms builds with one-touch join, auto-framing cameras, and audio tuned to the space.

Boardroom & Executive Spaces

Higher-end video, distributed audio, and control that looks and sounds as considered as the meetings held there.

Digital Signage

Networked displays for lobbies, wayfinding, and internal comms, managed centrally so content doesn't go stale.

Room Control Systems

Crestron and Q-SYS control for AV, lighting, and shades, with an interface simple enough that nobody needs the manual.

Infrastructure & Cabling

Room cabling, rack builds, and pathway coordination handled by our own low voltage team rather than a subcontractor we can't schedule.

Service & Maintenance

Preventive maintenance and rapid response — including on systems we didn't originally install.

Our Approach

We start with how the room gets used

Client pitches, all-hands meetings, hybrid standups, and depositions all demand different things from a room. We design around the actual use case rather than starting from a manufacturer's bill of materials. Because we also run the network, we can guarantee the AV system and the infrastructure it depends on were designed together — which is where most single-discipline AV projects quietly fail.

  • Vendor-neutral equipment selection
  • One-touch join on your existing meeting platform
  • AV and network designed as one system, not two
  • Post-install training and printed quick-reference guides

What we work with

We're vendor-neutral. We recommend what fits your environment and budget, not what carries the best margin for us.

We have been specifying and installing commercial AV since 2002 — long enough to have watched several "future-proof" standards get replaced. That history is why we bias toward equipment with a serviceable lifespan over whatever launched last quarter.

Engagement Process

How a project actually runs

STEP 01

Site Survey

We walk the space, measure sightlines and acoustics, and ask how the room actually gets used before proposing anything.

STEP 02

Design & Documentation

Signal flow drawings, equipment schedule, and a fixed-scope proposal — so you can compare bids on equal terms.

STEP 03

Installation

Cabling, rack build, mounting, and programming, coordinated around your business hours and building access rules.

STEP 04

Commission & Train

Full system testing, calibration, hands-on staff training, and quick-reference guides left in the room.

Budget

What this typically costs

Most providers make you sit through a demo before naming a number. Here are honest ranges so you can budget before you call.

$6,000–$15,000
huddle room

Single display, conferencing bar, and simple control for a 4–6 person space.

$18,000–$45,000
conference room

Dual display, ceiling audio, PTZ camera, and a control system for a 10–20 person room.

$60,000+
boardroom / divisible

Executive spaces, video walls, divisible rooms, and multi-room control systems.

Ranges cover equipment, design, installation, programming, and training for a typical corporate build. Structured cabling, millwork, electrical, and unusual ceiling or wall construction are quoted separately. We provide a fixed-scope proposal with a line-item equipment schedule so you can compare bids fairly.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with our existing video conferencing platform?

Yes. We design around Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, whichever your organization already standardizes on. We won't push you to change platforms to suit our preferred hardware.

Can you support one conference room or a whole building?

Both. We handle single-room upgrades as well as multi-floor and multi-site signage and conferencing rollouts with standardized room designs.

Will you service a system another company installed?

Yes. We take on service and maintenance for existing installations regardless of who put them in, though we'll be candid if we find something that needs replacing rather than repairing.

How long does a conference room installation take?

For a standard room with cabling already in place, typically one to three days on site after equipment arrives. Lead times on displays and DSP hardware are usually the longer variable, and we'll give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.

Why use an AV integrator who also does IT?

Modern AV runs on your network. Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, digital signage, and networked audio all depend on bandwidth, VLANs, and firewall rules. When AV and IT are separate vendors, room problems tend to become finger-pointing exercises. Under one roof, they don't.

Do you provide on-site support for live events?

Yes. We staff events for setup, live operation, and breakdown in addition to permanent installations.
