24/7 Monitoring & Alerting
Continuous watch on servers, network gear, and endpoints. Most issues get resolved before a ticket is ever opened.
Proactive monitoring, a help desk that answers, and a technology plan that looks further ahead than the next outage.
Continuous watch on servers, network gear, and endpoints. Most issues get resolved before a ticket is ever opened.
Support from engineers who know your environment. No offshore escalation path, no reading from a script.
Operating systems, firmware, and third-party applications kept current on a tested schedule, not whenever someone remembers.
Automated backups with restores actually tested on a schedule — because an untested backup is just a hope.
Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace tenancy management, licensing cleanup, and user lifecycle handling.
A named strategist who reviews spend, risk, and roadmap with you every quarter — not just when the contract renews.
Most IT problems are visible in telemetry long before a user notices a slowdown. Our stack watches your environment continuously and our engineers act on what it surfaces. Just as important: you get a monthly report you can actually read, and a quarterly conversation about what to fix, what to replace, and what to leave alone.
We're vendor-neutral. We recommend what fits your environment and budget, not what carries the best margin for us.
This is a representative list, not a limit — if your environment runs on something not shown here, ask. Our team has been supporting business IT environments since 2002, which covers a fair amount of what is still in production out there.
We inventory your environment, document what exists, and give you a written findings report — whether or not you hire us.
Monitoring agents deployed, documentation built, credentials secured, and your team introduced to the support process.
The first 60–90 days focus on closing the gaps found in assessment: patching debt, backup failures, and access sprawl.
Ongoing monitoring and support, with quarterly business reviews covering spend, risk, and the 12-month roadmap.
Most providers make you sit through a demo before naming a number. Here are honest ranges so you can budget before you call.
Fully managed IT. Range depends on security depth, compliance scope, and after-hours coverage.
Co-managed IT, for organizations with internal IT staff who need escalation and 24/7 coverage.
Project and block-hour work for one-off migrations, buildouts, and office moves.
These reflect published 2026 US market ranges, and our quotes sit inside them. Compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC) typically add 30–50% over baseline because of the additional tooling, documentation, and audit support required. We put the full scope in writing before you sign anything.
We support organizations from roughly 10 to 500 employees across Houston and nationwide. Below about 10 users, a co-managed or block-hour arrangement usually makes more financial sense than a full managed agreement.
Either. Co-managed IT is the fastest-growing model in the industry, and for good reason: one internal admin cannot realistically cover nights, weekends, security monitoring, and strategic planning. We fill those gaps rather than replace the person who knows your business.
Response targets are set by severity in your service agreement, with critical outages taking priority. We publish those targets in writing rather than describing them vaguely, and we report against them monthly.
For businesses under about 50 employees, usually yes. A single fully loaded IT hire runs roughly $85,000 to $120,000 per year and gives you one generalist with no coverage during vacation or illness. A managed agreement at that headcount typically costs less and gives you a team of specialists.
It's yours. We hand over full environment documentation, credentials, and configuration records at offboarding. Holding documentation hostage is a common industry practice and one we won't participate in.
It depends on the tier you select. Some agreements include 24/7 coverage in the base rate; others bill after-hours separately. We make that explicit in the quote so there's no surprise line item on your first invoice.
