VoIP Phone Systems

VoIP Phone Systems

Cloud phone systems selected, configured, and supported by a local partner — instead of a platform you buy online and then support yourself.

What's Included

Switching phone systems without a dead-air moment

Platform Selection

We evaluate RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, Nextiva, Teams Phone and others against your actual call patterns and budget.

Number Porting

Existing numbers moved with a scheduled, tested cutover plan. Your main line does not go dark.

Call Flow Design

Auto-attendants, ring groups, queues, and after-hours routing built around how your business actually answers calls.

Contact Center

Queues, skills-based routing, call recording, and supervisor dashboards for support and sales teams.

CRM & Helpdesk Integration

Calls logged automatically into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or your ticketing system, so nothing gets retyped.

AI Call Intelligence

Live transcription, call summaries, and sentiment analytics — increasingly included in base plans rather than sold as an add-on.

Our Approach

The risk isn't the hardware. It's the port and the training gap.

Anyone can ship desk phones. The two things that actually go wrong in a phone migration are number porting and the week after go-live, when nobody remembers how to transfer a call. We schedule ports for low-traffic windows, run the new system in parallel before cutting over, and stay on site or on call through the first week.

  • Vendor-neutral platform selection based on your call data
  • Number porting handled end to end
  • Parallel testing before full cutover
  • On-site or live training at go-live, not a PDF

What we work with

We're vendor-neutral. We recommend what fits your environment and budget, not what carries the best margin for us.

We're a partner across multiple platforms rather than a single-carrier reseller, so the recommendation follows your requirements instead of our contract. We have been migrating businesses off legacy PBX systems since the transition to VoIP began, which is a useful thing in a partner when your numbers are on the line.

Engagement Process

How a project actually runs

STEP 01

Discovery

We pull your current call volumes, review your existing call flows, and confirm which numbers need to port.

STEP 02

Build

Platform configured, extensions and queues built, integrations connected, and handsets staged before anything goes live.

STEP 03

Port & Test

Numbers ported on a scheduled window with the new system running in parallel so issues surface before cutover.

STEP 04

Cutover & Train

Go-live with hands-on training for staff and administrators, plus dedicated support through the first week.

Budget

What this typically costs

Most providers make you sit through a demo before naming a number. Here are honest ranges so you can budget before you call.

$15–$40
per user / month

Platform licensing. Entry tiers start near $15; contact center and AI features push toward the upper end.

$150–$400
per handset

Desk phone hardware, if you want physical handsets. Softphone-only deployments skip this entirely.

$75–$200
per user, one-time

Implementation: call flow design, porting, configuration, and training. Scales down with headcount.

Platform pricing is set by the vendor and is broadly public. What varies between providers is implementation and support — buying direct means your support path is the vendor's queue; buying through us means a local team that knows your configuration and can be on site. We'll tell you honestly when going direct is the better call for your size.

FAQ

Common questions

Will we lose our current phone numbers?

No. Porting your existing numbers is a standard part of every deployment, handled end to end on a scheduled window.

What happens to our phones during the switch?

We schedule cutovers for low-traffic periods and run the new system in parallel with the old one first, so problems appear during testing rather than during business hours.

Why buy through you instead of directly from RingCentral or Zoom?

For a very small team with simple needs, buying direct is often the right answer, and we'll say so. Where a partner earns their keep is complex call flows, multi-site deployments, CRM integration, porting risk, and having someone local who already knows your configuration when something breaks.

Do you support remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. Cloud VoIP is built for it — the same extension rings on a desk phone, a laptop softphone, and a mobile app, and calls follow the person rather than the desk.

Can the phone system integrate with our CRM?

Yes. Native integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and similar platforms log calls automatically and can surface caller records on screen before the call is answered.

What internet connection do we need for VoIP?

Roughly 100 kbps per concurrent call, plus low jitter and packet loss. The bandwidth is rarely the problem — quality of service configuration on your network is. Since we also manage networks, we handle that as part of the deployment rather than sending you back to your ISP.
